'Camp Rock' to debut on StarHub VOD

Jonas Brothers film gets one-week head start over Disney




SINGAPORE -- Walt Disney Television International (Southeast Asia) will prevue the original movie "Camp Rock" in Singapore origin Sept. 1, in a first-of-its-kind on-demand deal in Southeast Asia, managing film director and vp Laura Wendt said Wednesday.

The Jonas Brothers motion picture previews on new subscription VOD epithelial duct Disney Channel@Play a workweek before its Sept. 7 premiere on the regular Disney Channel in Southeast Asia.

Disney Channel@Play is part of the Demand TV political platform launched Wednesday by Singapore's dominant ante up TV weapons platform, StarHub.

The subscription VOD channel costs S$4 ($2.83) a month and offers a minimum of 20 hours of contentedness per month, including at least deuce movies.
